Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying, selling, and renting processes.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and new developments across the UAE.
Sales & Negotiation:
Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Documentation:
Assist clients with all required paperwork while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable speaking confidently on camera for content creation
