The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales and rentals, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market. You will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service and market expertise. Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. - Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. - Negotiate and finalize deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. - Prepare and present sales agreements, contracts, and relevant documentation. - Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market. - Build and maintain a strong client base by delivering exceptional service and follow-up. - Collaborate with other agents, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the Dubai market. - Excellent customer service and communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in UAE. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and achieving sales targets. - Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic real estate environment in Dubai.
