*Canvass for new property listings through
cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Guide clients through
buying, selling, and renting properties
in Dubai and across the UAE.Conduct professional
property viewings and client consultations
.Build and nurture a strong
client base through relationship management and follow-ups
.Promote listings via
social media, online portals, and property platforms
.Stay informed on
Dubai's real estate laws, trends, and competitive landscape
.Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
Maintain updated records of listings and client interactions.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai
is required.RERA certified
or willing to obtain certification.Proven success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
Strong
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
.Fluent in
English
; knowledge ofArabic or Chinese
is aplus
.Strong knowledge of
Dubai neighborhoods, property types, and market trends

Basic Salary
