The Role

ETALON Real Estate is an international brokerage and a leading player in Dubai's luxury property market for over 2 years. We specialize in high-end real estate sales and rentals, providing exceptional service and strong support for both clients and agents. Key Responsibilities: - Work with qualified inbound leads provided by the company; - Present premium real estate properties online and in person; - Manage full sales cycle: from initial contact to deal closure; - Build strong relationships with buyers and property owners; - Guide clients through all stages of the transaction; - Select and present properties that match client needs and goals; - Organize property viewings and highlight key features; - Keep CRM updated and provide market insights to clients. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or 2+ years in sales in any industry; - Fluent English (B2 level or higher); - Strong communication and negotiation skills; - Goal-driven, client-oriented, and eager to grow in the Dubai property market.
