Real Estate Agent - Dubai (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct property viewings and negotiate transactions Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism Stay informed on real estate laws and market trends in Dubai Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with the internal team to meet individual and team targets
Qualifications

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) Based in Dubai or willing to relocate Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Prior real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory (sales experience is a plus) UAE Driving License preferred
Additional Information

This is a commission-based role (no fixed salary) Flexible working hours and location You must have the right to work in the UAE
Contract Duration: 12 to 24 months

Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred
