Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty. Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's dynamic market. Conduct market research to provide valuable property insights and trends. Negotiate deals effectively to close sales and achieve client satisfaction. Stay informed on real estate trends, regulations, and market developments in the UAE.
Requirements:
? Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales or real estate experience in the UAE (preferred).
? Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus.
? Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
? Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
? RERA certification or willingness to obtain it is preferred.
