Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Real Estate Agents to join our remote team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a flexible work environment and are passionate about real estate. You will represent buyers and sellers in property transactions, leveraging virtual tools and platforms to conduct business from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through online platforms, networking, and referrals Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements Conduct virtual showings and open houses Negotiate offers and manage contract-to-close processes Stay current with market trends and local zoning laws Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional service Utilize CRM and other real estate technology tools to manage workflow

Requirements:

Freshers can apply Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate (preferred) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) Access to a reliable internet connection, smartphone, and computer

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based position. Earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to your performance. We offer competitive commission splits and performance-based incentives.
