Job Description
We are in search of ambitious, dynamic, and highly driven Real Estate agents to join our expanding team. Confidence, strong relationship-building acumen, and prior experience within the Dubai real estate market are highly desirable attributes.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and generate new property listings through strategic calling, networking, marketing initiatives and client referrals. Consistently represent both yourself and Houstetic Properties with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. Offer clients expert and tailored guidance throughout the buying and selling processes, ensuring a seamless experience. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their unique needs and delivering bespoke solutions. Stay up to date with the latest market trends and provide informed, strategic advice to clients. Conduct property viewings, skilfully negotiate deals and facilitate successful transactions. Collaborate closely with internal teams. Uphold and exceed the company's high standards in client service and satisfaction.
Requirements :
At least 2-3 year of experience in sales. Strong interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of the local property market. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus
