We are seeking

dynamic and experienced Property Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in real estate sales, specifically in the off-plan sector, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Seek and identify new business opportunities for off-plan properties. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers. Provide clients with comprehensive advice and guidance on off-plan investments. Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and new developments. Prepare and present sales proposals and reports. Attend property viewings and site visits with clients. Represent the company at real estate events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan developments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
