We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Agent to help us expand our client base and manage property transactions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. The role involves sourcing new listings, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and secure new listings for residential and commercial properties.

- Develop and maintain a robust network of clients, including property owners, investors, and homebuyers.

- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competition.

- Prepare and present property proposals, including detailed market analysis and financial projections.

- Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.

- Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.

- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through various channels (online platforms, social media, print media, etc.).

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate.

- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.

- Fluent in English;
