We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented

Sales & Leasing Officer

to handle property sales and annual rentals across Dubai. The ideal candidate should be skilled in closing deals, managing client relationships, and understanding market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Handle both leasing and sales inquiries professionally and promptly List available properties for rent/sale on property portals Generate and follow up on leads via calls, online platforms, and referrals Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients Negotiate terms and close rental or sales agreements Provide market insights and property comparisons to assist client decisions Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and buyers for documentation and finalization Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate leasing and/or sales in Dubai Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Must be based in Dubai and familiar with the local property market RERA certification is a plus (or willing to obtain) Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a bonus) Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time efficiently Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
