We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Real Estate Agent
who is fluent inRussian and English
, to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for assisting Russian-speaking clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals. Maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai property market. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients, especially Russian-speaking investors. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals. Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to attract new leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent (minimum 1-2 years).
Fluent in Russian and English
(spoken and written). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations. Presentable, confident, and customer-focused. Valid UAE driving license preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
