Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

About Us:

Neo Realty Dubai is a leading real estate agency offering exceptional services in the Dubai market. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

- Conduct market research and provide property valuations.

- Arrange and conduct property viewings and negotiations.

- Build and maintain client and industry relationships.

- Manage listings, marketing, and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing (preferred).

- RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).

- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

- Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).

- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
