About the job



This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Consultant located in a Perfect Selling Environment in Downtown Dubai. You will be responsible for real estate sales and property negotiations.

high-performing, results-driven real estate professionals

to join our elite team in "Dubai's Booming Real Estate Market". If you are ambitious, skilled in sales and eager to maximize your earning potential, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for!



Identify and engage potential clients, analyse market trends, and facilitate negotiations to ensure fair and transparent deals. Utilize advanced negotiation techniques to close deals and secure favorable terms for both clients and the company. Plan and execute sales strategies to consistently meet monthly sales targets. Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through market research and prospecting. Confidently present property projects to clients, address concerns, and drive successful deal closures. Strong in-person communication skills are a must. Cultivate relationships with brokers, channel partners, and international clients to expand business opportunities. Maintain high standards of compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

Requirements



Proven experience

in real estate sales with a strong track record of success

Excellent negotiation & communication skills

to build rapport and close deals effectively

Self-motivated & target-driven

- You're focused on achieving high results

Fluent in English

(additional languages a plus) Experience with Luxury Clientele & High-Value Transactions
