Job Description

Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Source potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Client Consultation:

Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.

Property Showings:

Arrange and conduct viewings for prospective buyers, showcasing property features effectively.

Sales Process Management:

Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.

Negotiations:

Mediate between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Documentation:

Assist clients with the preparation and review of sales contracts and other legal paperwork.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications



Proven track record in real estate sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Other Requirements:



Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
