We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at connecting clients with their dream properties, whether residential or commercial. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional customer service skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales and leasing targets.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Source potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.Client Consultation:
Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.Property Showings:
Arrange and conduct viewings for prospective buyers, showcasing property features effectively.Sales Process Management:
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.Negotiations:
Mediate between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Market Analysis:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.Documentation:
Assist clients with the preparation and review of sales contracts and other legal paperwork.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.Qualifications
Proven track record in real estate sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Other Requirements:
Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
