Job Description

We are seeking experienced, motivated, and self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for bilingual or multilingual professionals with a strong personal client base and a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market. You'll operate autonomously, leveraging our resources to support your sales efforts while enjoying one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry.

What We're Looking For:

Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate brokerage experience in the Dubai market Client Network: Must have an existing, active network of clients Motivation: Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Sales Ability: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Regulatory Compliance: Must be familiar with RERA regulations and best practices
