We're looking for motivated, experienced, and confident female real estate professionals to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed -- we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass for new property listings through cold calling, networking, and lead generation*.

Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting propertiesin Dubai and across the UAE.
Conduct professional property viewings and client consultations*.

Build and nurture a strong client base through relationship management and follow-ups*.

Promote listings via social media, online portals, and property platforms*.

Stay informed on Dubai's real estate laws, trends, and competitive landscape*.

Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
Maintain updated records of listings and client interactions.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubaiis required.
RERA certifiedor willing to obtain certification.
Proven success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills*.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Chineseis a plus.
Independent, self-motivated*, and results-driven.

Strong knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods, property types, and market trends*.
