- Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and new launches.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success.
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan experience is a plus).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Dubais real estate market and developers.
- Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Commission-only role unlimited earning potential.
