Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include conducting property viewings, providing market insights, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored advice, and help them achieve their real estate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Conduct market research and comparative market analysis. Coordinate and conduct property showings and open houses. Prepare and review real estate documents such as contracts and agreements. Negotiate offers and provide guidance throughout the transaction process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and local zoning regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships and a professional network.
Qualifications:
Valid real estate license. Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
