Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong client network through prospecting, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by offering expert advice and up-to-date market insights.
Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals effectively.
Stay informed on Dubai's real estate trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Collaborate with developers, property owners, and investors to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing strategies.
A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
RERA certification is a plus.
Candidates MUST have their visa.
