We are looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance throughout the process, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of real estate properties.
Provide guidance and support to clients through the entire property transaction process.
Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to achieve successful closures.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, lease agreements, and property listings.
Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred, but not mandatory.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
