Responsibilities:

Assist clients through the buying, selling, and renting process from start to finish. Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to establish competitive market prices. List and market properties for sale or lease, ensuring maximum visibility and exposure. Guide clients through property viewings and provide insightful advice. Prepare necessary documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and leases. Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of market conditions and opportunities. Build and maintain a strong database of clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities. Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process. Stay updated on local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of

2 years

of real estate experience (mandatory). Proven track record of successful sales or leasing transactions. Strong understanding of the local real estate market. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a client-first attitude. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Proficient with CRM systems, MLS databases, and general computer applications. Valid real estate license (if required in your area). Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (including weekends if needed).
