Job Description
Hiring for the position of Experienced Real Estate Agents (completed project and commercial) & leasing(residential, commercial, shops, showrooms, warehouse, land & labor camps).
75% commission on self generated leads
50% commission on company-generated leads
60% commission on shared leads Performance bonus according to overall performance monthly
No basic salary - This is 100% commission based role
Requirements & Duties: -
- Female & male
- Any Nationality
- Age Between 21 - 50
-Driving License preferred
- Self Motivated - Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills is a must.
- In-depth Knowledge of the Major Developers and with profiled information on Ready .
- Has to be self-sufficient enough for Future Team Building under them. - Maintaining Client Reports, Tele - Sales, Day to day follow-ups, Controlling company Social Media for Off-plan, Manage and listing properties through CRM. - Work on your own Targets every month and achieve them. - Arranging necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
