Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the strategic planning and execution of our sales and marketing initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and positioning the company as a market leader in real estate development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, marketing strategy, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and manage high-performance sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and PR
Oversee development of marketing materials, advertisements, project brochures, and social media presence
Strengthen brand identity and visibility in target markets
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for ROI
Project Launch & Promotion
Strategize go-to-market plans for new residential and commercial projects
Collaborate with design, construction, and finance teams to ensure alignment with market expectations
Organize and manage launch events, site visits, and promotional campaigns
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and channel partners
Enhance customer experience and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Implement and optimize CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting
Reporting & Budgeting
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance reviews
Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities
Ensure cost-effective use of resources and high returns on marketing investments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing leadership roles
Strong understanding of the real estate market, customer behavior, and industry regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics
