Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, offering expert guidance to clients, and negotiating deals with confidence. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a genuine passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
Salary: AED 3,500 per month + Commission
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

*Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, or at least 2 years in real estate or any sales related field
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in real estate property management
- Exceptional customer service and sales abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in property sales and transactions
- Understanding of the legal aspects of real estate
