As a Sales Consultant specializing in the off-plan and secondary market real estate sector, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful property sales. This role requires an individual with at least 1-2 years of experience in both secondary market sales and off-plan property sales. The position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, with strong leads provided by the marketing department, along with the potential for high commission-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the full sales cycle from lead generation, property consultation, to closing deals for both off-plan and secondary market properties.
Provide clients with information on available properties and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and provide expert advice on real estate options.
Work with the marketing team to capitalize on inbound leads and generate new leads for exclusive units.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets for both off-plan and secondary market properties.
Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM system.
Stay up to date on current market trends and property prices.
Collaborate with the team to meet overall sales goals and support business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven success in the secondary market and off-plan properties.
A strong network and understanding of the UAE real estate market, particularly in areas like Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills, and Damac.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle the commission-based compensation model.
Knowledge of pre-sales processes, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Compensation:
Basic Salary: 3,000 AED for the first 2-3 months.
Commission Structure: 40% commission on company leads and 60% on personal leads for the first 2-3 months. Afterward, a 50/50 commission split for all leads.
Uncapped earning potential with higher commission percentages for top performers.
