Job Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors Guide clients through the property buying, selling, and renting process Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends in Dubai Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers Negotiate contracts to ensure fair and beneficial deals for clients Promote properties through digital marketing, networking, and property listings Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

- Experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
-Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
