Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Off plan, Secondary Market consultant at Coldwell Banker Swap in Dubai, UAE. The agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including conducting property viewings, negotiating lease and purchase agreements, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Off plan, Secondary Market and Global luxury Agent Agent will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and regulations related to real estate in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences

2. Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information about the properties

3. Assist clients in negotiating favorable terms and prices for buying, selling, or renting properties

4. Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive landscape

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships

6. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients

7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

8. Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process

9. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements and Skills:

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in handling sales properties in UAE real estate.

2. Highly motivated with strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate industry.

3. Excellent time management and organization skills.

4. Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

5. A UAE Driving license is a plus.

6. The ability to communicate in other languages will be an additional bonus

Please note that this position is solely commission-based only (No Basic Salary) with a commission structure of 50/50, which goes with Quarter slaps up to 70%.
