Job Description
We are seeking motivated and client-oriented Real Estate Agents to become part of our team in Dubai. In this position, you will assist clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of high-end residential and commercial properties throughout Dubai. You will utilize your expertise in the UAE real estate market and exceptional negotiation abilities to finalize transactions and build a long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
advise clients on dubai Real Estate market conditions, pricing, legal requirement.
Source and list new properties through cold calling, networking
Build a stong database of leads
collaborate with developers and property owners for exclusive listings.
Qualifications
UAE driving license and own vehicle
Proven sales experience, preferably in Dubai real estate
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it upon joining).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Fluency in English
