We are seeking a motivated and personable Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional service and guidance throughout the process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and knowledge of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations.
Generate leads through networking, marketing strategies, and client referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements).
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
Maintain and update property listings through MLS and other platforms.
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
Qualifications:
Valid Real Estate Agent/Broker license (as required by the state/country).
Proven track record in sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
