QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1 year Experience in real estate brokerage or sales industry. Knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Experience in managing real property Proficiency in relevant software and tools Relevant certifications and licenses Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Driving License preferred but not required

Responsibilities

You will be dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE. Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships. Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings Negotiating deals between the two parties, Closing deals, attending the Trustee for transferring the ownership Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, presenting potential real estate opportunities, guiding clients through the buying or selling process, and ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory standards. Visiting the Developer office to update whats new on the market.
