We are looking for an
experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least1 year of experience in Dubai's real estate market
with a strong track record in property sales and leasing.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in
buying, selling, and renting
residential and commercial properties. Provide expert advice onmarket trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities
. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain and updateCRM systems, property listings, and client records
. Build and nurture relationships withclients, developers, and investors
. Stay informed aboutRERA regulations, legal procedures, and Dubai Land Department policies
. Actively market properties throughonline platforms, social media, and networking
. Meet and exceedsales targets and revenue goals
.Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate brokerage
(Dubai market experience preferred). Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory). Strongnegotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
. Ability towork independently and as part of a team
to achieve sales targets. In-depth knowledge ofDubai's real estate market, RERA regulations, and Ejari procedures
.Fluency in English
(Arabic or other languages is an advantage).Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
