Base SalaryAED 2,500 - 3,000
(Based on experience) +30% commission

About the Role:
We are looking for
experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least1 year of UAE real estate experience
, preferably inluxury real estate
. This role requires strongnegotiation skills, market knowledge, and a results-driven mindset
.Key Responsibilities:
? Assist clients in
buying, selling, and renting
high-end properties? Provide expert guidance on
market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
? Conduct property
viewings and negotiations
to close deals? Maintain a
strong network of clients and property listings
? Ensure all
legal and contractual aspects
of deals are handled efficiently? Collaborate with the team to
meet and exceed sales targets
? Stay updated on the
latest real estate laws and market developments
Requirements:
? Minimum
1 year of UAE real estate experience
(luxury real estate preferred)? Strong
sales, negotiation, and closing
skills? Excellent knowledge of the
Dubai property market
? Self-motivated and
target-driven personality
?
Valid UAE driving license
(preferred)? Ability to build and maintain
long-term client relationships
