Real Estate Agent

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

real estate sales and leasing

, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for property investments, and can build strong relationships with clients and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales:

Generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with investors and end-users for off-plan and ready properties.

Property Listings & Marketing:

Identify and list properties for sale/rent, market them effectively through online platforms and client networks.

Negotiation & Closing:

Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process while negotiating the best deals.

Market Research:

Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, upcoming projects, and investment opportunities to provide expert advice to clients.

Landlord Relations:

Build and maintain strong connections with landlords to secure exclusive property listings.

Legal & Compliance:

Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven track record in real estate sales & leasing

, with a strong network of investors and landlords. Minimum

2 years of experience

in Dubai's real estate market. Knowledge of

off-plan sales

, secondary market transactions, and investment strategies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

RERA certification

(preferred) or willingness to obtain one. Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a plus). Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
