Chinese-speaking Real Estate Agent

to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will assist Chinese-speaking clients in finding their ideal properties, providing excellent customer service, and closing deals in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Chinese-speaking clients to understand their property needs Present available properties, answer inquiries, and schedule viewings Guide clients through the buying or renting process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends Close deals and meet sales targets

Requirements:

Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service to clients Self-motivated and target-oriented
