Real Estate Agent Horizon Gate, a fast-growing startup real estate company, is seeking an exceptional Real Estate Agent with 6-7 years of experience in residential real estate to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about real estate, sales, and customer service, we want you to be part of our team! As a Real Estate Agent at Horizon Gate, you will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Providing guidance and expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and financing options.
- Assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conducting market research and analysis to stay current on trends and changes in the real estate industry.
- Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
- Attending property viewings and inspections with clients.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and other parties involved in the buying or selling process.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- 6-7 years of experience as a real estate agent in residential real estate.
- Experience in commercial real estate would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Active Dubai real estate license.
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or French
