Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM. \xef\x82\xb7 Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings. \xef\x82\xb7 Keep up to date with market trends and best practices. \xef\x82\xb7 Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws. \xef\x82\xb7 Abiding by RERA standards and business codes of ethics. \xef\x82\xb7 To maintain a high professional profile at all times. \xef\x82\xb7 Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike. \xef\x82\xb7 Networking with other professionals encouraged in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationships. \xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Job Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales Real Estate background preferably in Dubai market. \xef\x82\xb7 UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with own car (preferred). \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent knowledge of English (level C1, C2). Knowledge of another foreign language will be an additional advantage. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong negotiation and selling skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Confident in presentation delivery. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven record of achieving sales targets. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
