Company Description Mighty Real Estate is a well-established real estate company based in Dubai that specializes in residential, commercial, retail, and off-plan properties. Our experienced property consultants offer a reliable source of information on market trends and properties, well-versed in the principles of the real estate market, negotiation, market analysis, property management, and ethical conduct. Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in finding them a suitable property while maintain high level of standards.
- Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
- Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
- Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
- Follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis.
- Follow company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship.
- Real Estate Sales experience in Dubai is preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy
- Strong negotiator
- Ability to work independently with great dedication
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of Real Estate experience
- Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Steely determination, financially driven and highly motivated
- Presentable with a professional image
- Valid driving license
