Our experienced property consultants offer a reliable source of information on market trends and properties, well-versed in the principles of the real estate market, negotiation, market analysis, property management, and ethical conduct. Responsibilities:
Assisting clients in finding them a suitable property while maintain high level of standards.
Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
Follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis.
Follow company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.
Identify new business opportunities.
Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship.
Qualifications and Experience:
Real Estate Sales experience in Dubai is preferred.
Fluent in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy
Strong negotiator
Ability to work independently with great dedication
Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
Minimum 1 year of Real Estate experience
Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
Time management and organizational skills
Steely determination, financially driven and highly motivated
Presentable with a professional image
Valid driving license
