Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for showing properties to potential buyers or renters, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and helping clients negotiate offers. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for preparing and completing necessary documents, promoting properties through ads, listings, and open houses, coordinating property closings, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate Sales
- Knowledge of Real Property regulations and laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
