Job Description
We are looking for passionate and dynamic Real Estate Agents Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine client\'s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- 1\xe2\x80\x932 years of experience in Real estate.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a faster learner.
- Available in Dubai and willing to join immediately
- UAE driving license (Preferred)
- Languages to be known: English (Required)
- Additional languages: Russian would be an advantage
