Role outline Under the direction of the Sales Manager reporting to Directors. The role will be to sell real estate portfolios in the Dubai and UAE region. Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Real estate brokerage enquiries, handling property viewings and sales transactions, business development of new listings and portfolios \xc2\xb7 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. \xc2\xb7 Provide personalised guidance and recommendations to clients on property options that align with their requirements. \xc2\xb7 Property Sales: Source and identify potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including networking, leads, and referrals. \xc2\xb7 Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes. \xc2\xb7 Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape. \xc2\xb7 Analyse market data to provide clients with accurate pricing guidance and investment advice. \xc2\xb7 Call outs to clients already situated within the database \xc2\xb7 Source properties with intention of either selling or renting the unit out \xc2\xb7 Qualifying leads, both buyers and tenants as well as owners \xc2\xb7 Provide prompt processing of incoming customer requests according to the company\'s standards \xc2\xb7 Coordinate the selection of properties and setting up of appointments or meetings with clients for real estate brokers \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deal until the moment of payment by the client \xc2\xb7 Updating the company\'s CRM and internal systems \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and book property showings and communicate presentations and brochures to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
