We\'re looking for enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join our team and help us redefine how people experience real estate. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson at Win Win Universe Real Estate in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with selling and renting properties, including communicating with clients, marketing properties, facilitating transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of sales or real estate experience in Dubai.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a huge plus!
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s property market.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sponsor or Freelance Visa preferred
- Commission-based earnings 50/50 commission, 60/40 if lead comes from you.
- Visa, medical insurance, phone with a SIM card, and a laptop provided.
- Access to tools and portals for seamless transactions.
