Job Description
- Overseeing the entire property transaction process, whether it involves purchase or sale.
- Maintaining a robust understanding of the real estate market and providing expert advice to clients.
- Assessing clients\' needs and financial capacities to propose tailored solutions.
- Facilitating negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Conducting comparative market analysis to determine property values.
- Utilizing social media to promote property sales.
- Identifying potential clients, comprehending their criteria, and locating suitable living spaces.
- Negotiating rental agreements and guiding buyers through the closing process.
- Cultivating a network and fostering relationships with potential clients.
- Other Qualifications:
- Local Real Estate market knowledge.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in delivering effective presentations.
- Preferably experienced in the real estate market.
- Must have UAE driving license
- Dubai (Required)
