Job Description
THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY JOB, NO FIXED SALARY IS INCLUDED, MONTHLY INCOME IS DEPENDENT ON AGENT PERFORMANCE Benefits : Residency, Medical Insurance, Marketing Budget, Phone Allowance. Job Responsibilities : should have an expertise in the Sales and Marketing field of residential and commercial off-plan and/or ready properties along with a knowledge towards expanding the customer base of the organization and ensuring optimum customer satisfaction for the existing customers.
- Evaluate the clients\' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
- Ensure good conduct and honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Collaborate and network with Developers, Banks and Mortgage Advisor
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
- Create business network to find buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas which are for sale and lease
- Attend events such as exhibitions, launches, broker announcements etc.
- Follow-up deals and ensure any sales closed and all business activities and documents comply with RERA laws and practices.
- Manage listing over marketing portals
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller or tenant and landlord
- Matching clients to specific properties then arranging and conducting viewings
- Follow up with clients on regular bases and update their profile within the company.
