Job Title: Real Estate Agent Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Please read before applying We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Chinese, French, Spanish or German speaking Senior Real Estate Broker to join our team. Ideally, you will have a strong record of accomplishment winning new business and will have previous experience in the secondary and off-plan property market. This role offers career progression and a chance to excel at the top end of the property industry. Position Overview: As a Senior Real Estate Agent at First Edition Realty, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a commission based job role. 95% of the deals closed in our company are through company generated leads
- Candidate must have at least 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Property Evaluation: Assess property values and market conditions to advise clients on the pricing, marketing, and sale of their properties.
- Property Acquisition: Identify and show properties to potential buyers, negotiating on their behalf to achieve the best possible terms.
- Market Research: To be updated about the local real estate market, trends, and developments to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Marketing and Promotion: Utilize various marketing tools and platforms to promote properties and attract potential buyers or sellers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Fluent in Chinese, French, Spanish or German and English, with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai market is preferred.
- RERA certification is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid UAE driver\'s license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.
