Responsibilities: Leverage your expertise as an Off Plan Specialist to identify and secure potential clients for off-plan properties. Close deals with a focus on maximizing earnings through a commission-based structure. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the UAE to provide valuable insights to clients. Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved. Demonstrate exceptional customer understanding to tailor offerings to individual client needs. Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, property values, and competitive landscapes. Collaborate with developers, investors, and other stakeholders to foster strong industry relationships. Utilize your strong communication skills to convey complex information to clients and team members. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven real estate experience in the UAE market. A successful track record of closing significant real estate deals. In-depth knowledge of off-plan properties and the broader real estate industry. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms for clients. Exceptional customer understanding to address diverse client needs effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with the potential to earn through a commission-based structure. Good-looking, presentable, and professional appearance. UAE driving license and own transportation are preferred. Compensation:

• Option 1: 50% commission without a base salary.
• Option 2: 30% commission with a competitive base salary.
