Urgent Need of Real-estate Agent . Role Description This is a Full Time on-site role requiring an Experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate agent, you will engage with customers to help them find or sell the right home, office or building. You will conduct viewings, and support closing sales negotiations. You\'ll play a vital role in maintaining The Capital Dubai\'s outstanding reputation of delivering exceptional customer service while consistently working towards achieving sales goals. Freshers can also apply Gender : Female / Male Nationality : Any We offer :

- Must have at least Dubai Real Estate Experience
- Customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of Real Property and the local Real Estate market \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage contracts and transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
- Experienced in Selling Offplan & Secondary Market and Commercial
- Must be aware of RERA requirements and processes
- Open to shift rotations
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has the ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
- Excellent English-speaking communication and negotiation skills (mandatory)
- Added advantage if you are Bilingual (Russian, Spanish, Italian, Arabic speaker ,chinese)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
