- Property Acquisition: Identify and show properties to potential buyers, negotiating on their behalf to achieve the best possible terms.
- Market Research: Stay informed about the local real estate market, trends, and developments to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Marketing and Promotion: Utilize various marketing tools and platforms to promote properties and attract potential buyers or sellers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry
- Support to the team on negotiating deals and closing sales
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company\'s properties and services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market
- Experience in Dubai real estate industry and must have at least 1 year experience in tele-sales calling
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a large team of agents effectively
- Fluent in English, ability to speak other languages are a bonus.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
