This role requires you to be involved in leasing and sale of commercial buildings. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential buyers, sellers & landlords
- Establish and nurture a robust network of clients and real estate professionals.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers/ tenants and negotiate transactions on behalf of clients.
- Guide clients through the entire sales or rental process, offering exceptional customer service.
- Remain updated with market trends, property values, and pertinent legal regulations.
- Previous Dubai Real Estate Experience or sales experience.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- English, Russian or Chinese speaking
- Dubai (Required)
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
